In today's world of internet ordering, immediate delivery, and products at your fingertips, RF Agriculture stands out as your purchasing agents best friend.

We are a stocking distributor and offer special order items with the industries shortest lead-times. Every effort is made to ensure your commercial agriculture facility runs smoothly and efficiently.

Shipping details for specific orders are available through our website and can be found on the DASHBOARD page under ORDER TRACKING.

Orders generally ship same-day/next-day and customers are notified of any back-orders or additional lead-times. Customers will be given advanced notice for products that require assembly, special order items, or modification prior to shipment. Should you have questions your account representative is available to assist.

If you are within an RF Agriculture delivery zone you can request delivery and pick-up in our local trucks to shorten lead-time and ensure the best quality service.

If you are not within an RF Agriculture delivery zone, there are several ways to receive orders: Small packages generally ship via USPS, UPS Ground Services, or another similar carrier. Expedited delivery is available upon request.

Pallets and larger items ship via freight companies and consolidated carriers. Please let your account representative know if LIFT GATE services are required.

Some farms are remote or hard to find. If your locations has specific delivery requirements or if information is needed to ensure a quick and successful drop-off, please let us know.

DELIVERY: Please check all pallets, packages, and products, to ensure nothing was damaged during transit. Any claims must be listed on the shipping Bill of Lading to ensure a claim can be filed with the shipper. Failure to detail damage and immediately notify RF Agriculture can impact our ability to verify and resolve your claim. If you have any concerns or questions please give us a call, we are happy to review our process with you and ensure your office is given every tool needed for a successful experience.

RETURNS: Please see the RMA section. Do not return any products prior to receiving an RMA number. Thank you.

LOST PACKAGES: If your product does not arrive as expected please track the package and immediately notify your account representative of any issues. Most of the time these orders are waiting at the local distribution center and the shipper is requiring an additional piece of information. Let us know if anything unexpected comes up, it's our pleasure to assist.

LIFT GATE: There are no charges for lift gate services on local trucks. Sometimes charges can apply when orders are delivered by common carriers. If this service is required, please speak with your account representative so we can ensure your orders delivered in the most economic and expeditious way possible.

WASTE MANAGEMENT: For trash and waste removal services please contact your account representative for further details. They can provide the full range of services, assist with pricing, and work with your team to arrange a time and place that works with your busy schedule.
